The pool opens Saturday, May 24!
It will be open everyday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (The closing date is likely late October, depending on weather and use.)
POOL PASSES: Members have two opportunities to pick up their summer passes.
- Friday, May 16 during the evening Wine Down at the club, 6 p.m.–8 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 21 from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse

When you pick up your summer pass, please bring the following:
- Any outstanding dues. We cannot issue passes to any member who is not current on dues. You may pay in person by check. (Please don’t mail checks last minute as we may not get them in time to issue your pass.)
- Your signed “POOL RULES” form.
- Please watch the videos on how to cover and uncover the pool and indicate that you have done so on the form

POOL COVER DUTY: While our rules require the last members who use the pool to cover it and secure the property, on rare occasions this does not happen. We’re looking for volunteers to help us with “pool cover duty.”
This one-week responsibility (Sunday through the following Saturday) is easy but necessary. If, during your one-week shift the pool cover has not been put on the pool or the property left unsecure, we will contact you to take care of securing the pool and property. Please note, this happens very rarely!
Please check your calendars before picking up your pool pass and volunteer just one week.
GUEST PASSES: Members are allowed to bring two guests with them free of charge. Members who bring more than two guests must purchase one-day passes for $5 per additional guest. Please Venmo guest pass fees to the LakeMarie-ValleyClub account and comment “POOL PASS” when paying.
SECURITY: If you are the last person leaving the pool -- regardless of the time you are leaving – the pool, restroom and exterior gates must be locked. Please make sure umbrellas are closed if there is no one else swimming.
Pool cover rules remain the same: The first person to use the pool will remove the cover. The roller must then be pushed back to the fence with the cover attached to the fence. (For safety and so the cover will last longer.)
Members who use the pool during the day need not recover unless they are the last leaving by 5:30 or 6 p.m. and no one else is there to swim.
After covering the pool, the restroom door and all gates must be locked, including the main gate on Fallen Leaf.
Cameras will be checked each night after closing to ensure the property is secure.
If it is not, the volunteer monitor for that week will be contacted.
