The Lake Marie Valley Clubhouse is available to rent by Non-Members. Rentals include tables and chairs, a kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave, large outdoor Santa Maria-style barbeque pit, an outdoor back patio overlooking the seasonal lake, beautiful lush green landscaping with a large shade tree, and of course, indoor restrooms. All this is situated in the middle of Lake Marie Estates and surrounding vineyards.
We offer three tiers of Non-Member rentals:

Small Rental - 25 guests maximum
- 5 hours of use from start to finish
- Includes tables and chairs for 25 guests
- $500 rental fee + $500 refundable security deposit
- No cleaning fee will be charged if property is left clean and the provided clean-up list is completed ($155 minimum cleaning fee applies otherwise)

Medium Rental - 50 guests maximum
- 5 hours of use from start to finish
- Includes tables and chairs for 50 guests
- $1,000 rental fee + $1,000 refundable security deposit
- No cleaning fee will be charged if property is left clean and the provided clean-up list is completed ($155 minimum cleaning fee applies otherwise)

Full One-Day Rental - 100 guests maximum
- Full use of Club property beginning at 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.
- Includes 10 round tables, 6 rectangular tables, 100 chairs
- $2,500 rental fee + $1,000 refundable security deposit
- Cleaning fee of $155 applies (subject to change depending on cost of service)
- We also offer a three-day wedding package - please inquire for more information.
Member Rentals: All member rentals will be charged only the current cleaning fee of $155 (subject to change depending on cost of service).
