We have different categories of membership as detailed below.

Lake Marie Valley Club
Membership Categories
EQUITY MEMBERSHIP
- Enrollment fee: $300
- Initial equity purchase: $300
- Dues $180 per quarter, paid in advance
- Two free rentals per year **
- Full access to property including lake and library
- Full pool privileges
- Eligible to serve on Board of Directors after six months of membership
- May serve on Club committees immediately
- Entitled to vote at meetings of equity members
- Equity stake in the Club
- Invitations to all Club events
- Membership is limited to homeowners in Lake Marie Estates
LIMITED MEMBERSHIP
- Enrollment fee: $300
- Dues $180 per quarter, paid in advance
- One free rental per year after twelve months of consecutive membership
- Full access to property including lake and library
- Full pool privileges
- May serve on Club committees immediately
- Invitations to all Club events
- Membership is limited to 45% of total Club membership
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
- Enrollment fee: $100
- Dues $75 per quarter, paid in advance
- One free rental per year after twelve months of consecutive membership
- Full access to property including lake and library
- May serve on Club committees immediately
- Invitations to all Club events
- Membership is limited to residents of Lake Marie Estates
* Rentals include use of Clubhouse, a pool party for up to 15 children, or a campout on the property. Cleaning costs/deposits apply.
** New equity members wishing to rent the club during the first twelve months of membership must pay the balance of first year dues in advance.
All memberships require minimum two full quarters' dues upon enrollment. Current quarter may be prorated upon request if prepaid in addition to two full quarters.
