Santa has returned from the North Pole for another exciting visit to Lake Marie Valley Club!

LMVC is excited to offer a unique way to get pictures with Santa and his "reindeer" again! Santa's first visit was December of last year. He was such a hit, we invited him back again along with the lovely Mrs. Claus and their Percheron horses, Rick and Roy.

Sit in Santa's wagon, meet his horses and get a short, jolly (bumpy) "sleigh" ride!

Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021 from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. by appointment only.  

Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Package is $75 and includes 3 Poses.
Add-on Poses are 3 for $25.
Add-on Poses must be purchased before photos are taken.

Get digital images that you can turn into Holiday Cards!

Sanitization protocols and social distancing will allow a safe opportunity to complete pictures with Santa Claus for a little needed magic.

Come for pizza, a Halloween dance party and a photo booth to take memorable pictures in front of a haystack. There's also a craft station and the main attraction: Trunk of Treating in the parking lot!

 

Bring your friends and hang out for some Halloween fun before trick or treating in the neighborhood. We will have copies of the LMHOA map showing where to trick or treat when you’re done at the Club.

   
We still have room for a couple more cars to hand out candy. If you’re interested, please let us know or just show up early and set up!

Thanks to five families stepping up to help defray the expense of keeping the pool open longer, it will remain open through Sunday, Oct. 24. They are each donating $50. If anyone else is still enjoying the pool and would like to help offset the heating and chlorine costs, please let us know. 

There have been some questions about whether members who swim in the morning need to put the pool cover back on because others might show up later to swim. With the cooler weather, we're finding that sometimes no one else shows up, so the pool doesn't get covered.

We are asking you to cover the pool when you leave if you are the last ones no matter what time of day it is. 

Thank you for your help.

You are invited to the Lake Marie Valley Club Ice Cream Social Sunday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m. at the clubhouse!

The Club's Events Committee will provide ice cream, bowls, spoons and napkins. Please bring a favorite topping to share. 

Also bring your own drinks, including water, and your swimsuits if you feel like swimming.

LMVC GATE AND SECURITY

Please remember to lock the gates and the doors if you are the last ones on the property. The gates have been left open a few times lately. For security and insurance purposes, we need to have them locked when members are not present.

Also, when you open the gates, be sure to roll them into the parking lot. Going the other way stresses the gates and makes them unstable. The rollers support the gates when they are opened into the parking lot.

Thanks for paying attention to this and telling all the members of your family who might be the first or last ones to be on the property.
